Conversely there are people on earth –rich enough to live a life now “better” than that of Solomon of the Bible–, who terrified by their own minds, even commit suicide as a last resource to radically change their living conditions, or so they think. If this last category of people went to either heaven or hell, wouldn’t matter at all. They would suffer intensely either way.
First of all, such a mind would only come to a person if he would have indulged the appetites of his ego, the destroyer of happiness. Secondly, because Ego is a condition, a result of the hundred of thoughts, words, actions and opinions we have on a daily basis; it is the darkened prism through which most of us see life, the hidden part of our ever changing personalities, the part we are always reluctant to acknowledge.
