Lawsuit Against Google

Google was sued by PayPal in a court in California for claiming that two of its former high ranking officials violated a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and shared valuable information to Google. The lawsuit is in line with Google's new phone-based mobile payment system, The Google Wallet.
Along with Google, Former PayPal employees Stephanie Tilenius and Osama Bedier has been also sued for allegedly stealing trade secrets. The two companies for two years has been in negotiation but it was not realized because Google build a competing platform together with the two former employees of PayPal.

Here is the statement issued by Google regarding the filed case.

"Silicon Valley was built on the ability of individuals to use their knowledge and expertise to seek better employment opportunities, an idea recognized by both California law and public policy," a spokesman wrote in an e-mail to CNNMoney. "We respect trade secrets, and will defend ourselves against these claims."
